This beautiful new villa is situated in the prestigious Retreat Resort in Champions Gate, Florida. Our 8-bedroom house seats 15 people and is located less than half an hour from Orlando International Airport, just 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal and close to many unique golf courses. Easy access to Interstate 4, US Hwy 27 and US Highway 192 means you have numerous shops and restaurants within minutes of reach, all of which make ChampionGgate one of Orlando’s most popular locations. With air conditioning throughout, the villa spans approximately 4,700 square meters and is fully equipped with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, private pool and south-facing spa, opposite the Oasis Clubhouse, making it an ideal destination for an unforgettable family getaway. The villa is just 15 minutes from Disneyworld, 20 minutes from SeaWorld and 20 minutes from Universal. At this location, you won’t waste travel time arriving at the theme park destination in the morning, and you can quickly return to peaceful seclusion when your park legs are exhausted! This makes it perfect for guests who want easy access to everything Disney has to offer, while also has all the facilities to relax and relax in privacy at the end of the day.

Great attention was paid to the furniture of our house, comprising 3 king size suites, 1 Queen suite, 1 full bedrooms and 1 twins, all with large screen TVs.

POOL/DECK AREA: The large pool has secluded privacy, with steps at the shallow end and a pool seat at the bottom of the well. With sunshine throughout the day, guests can enjoy the pool at any time. The extended deck area means there is room for everyone to enjoy the sun, with 3 chaise lounge and 8 chairs around the table. The swimming pool is equipped with a child safety fence for the protection of your children. Pool heating is available for $30.00 per day. Guests are encouraged to request heat in the pool several days before arrival as it takes at least 48 hours to heat the water. Guests have direct access to the bathroom and pool deck shower.

FAMILY ROOM: This contemporary-style room has a quality sectional sofa with large screen Smart TV and sound bar.

UPSTAIRS DEN: Super large living room with comfortable selectives and 55″ Samsung Smart TV

MOVIE ROOM: 55″ TV

GAMES ROOM: Tennis Table and Ballball Table.

KITCHEN: The exceptionally spacious kitchen includes all appliances and equipment that you will need to make the most of your self-catering holiday, including refrigerator, freezer with ice machine and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery; double sink with waste disposal. The open bar with bar tools means you can keep company with those who are cooking, or have your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting.

BREAKFAST BAR: Seats 6 people.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: The laundry room comes with an automatic washing machine and separate dryer. An ironing board and iron are also provided so you can reduce the packaging and keep on top of your clothes during your holiday.

DINING ROOM: Spacious dining area accommodating 10 people. If you enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or indulge in a snack, you can enjoy it here!

MASTER SUITE 1: A beautifully furnished room on the ground floor with king size bed, huge ride in wardrobe, Smart TV of 50″, clock radio. The luxury suite has a bath/shower, two sinks. As in all our rooms, attention to detail in all aspects of the room décor will make you feel like a very special guest.

MASTER SUITE 2: The second master suite is equally impressive and located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool deck. King size bed, wardrobe, 55″ Samsung Smart TV and clock radio. The luxury suite has a walk-in shower, stylish bath lamp; double sink.

MASTER SUITE 3: This room features a King bed, double bed cabinets, fitted wardrobe, 48″ Samsung Smart TV and shares a fully equipped Bedroom 4 bathroom.

ROOM 4: The Hulk Room is a comfortably stylized room and features a twin bed, bedside closet, fitted wardrobe and 50″ Samsung Smart TV. Room shares with the bathroom of the suite with room 3.

ROOM 5: Full bed, bedside closet, fitted wardrobe and 50″ Samsung Smart TV. Connecting Jack and Jill’s full bathroom with room 4.

ROOM 6: Queen bed, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and 48″ Samsung Smart TV. Connecting Jack and Jill’s full bathroom with room 7.

ROOM 7: Cinderella Room with Twin beds, Smart TV 48″, large closet equipped, shares Suite Jack and Jill with room 6.

ROOM 8: Mickey Mouse room with bunk beds. Total size at the bottom and single on top with pullout as well. Smart TV 48″, wardrobe mounted. Bathroom across the hall.
