Located in Windwood Bay beside the Champions Gate Resort, this villa is only minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Orlando Premium Outlets. This premium vacation home has been refurbished to the highest standards in 2023 and features a fabulous Games room, beautiful pool deck area, formal dining room, and 4 bedrooms.

THE VILLA: The Villa is only a few minutes away from all the premier Orlando Attractions. In this location, you will waste no travel time reaching your Theme Park destination in the morning and can quickly return to peaceful seclusion when your park-legs are exhausted! This makes it perfect for guests who want easy access to all that Disney has to offer, while having all the facilities to kick back and relax in privacy at the end of the day. This villa also offers a start-up convenience package when guests check in which includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Great attention has been paid to the furnishing of our home, comprising 2 queen-sized bedrooms and two twin rooms. There is a fully equipped Games Room and a pool with Jacuzzi. In short there’s something for all ages and preferences when you need a little time to relax.

POOL/DECK AREA: This beautiful pool deck has several lounge chairs, outdoor seating, a large south-facing swimming pool and Jacuzzi with brand new pool heater installed in 2022. Pool heat may be requested for an additional charge.

FAMILY ROOM: The family room comes with new contemporary furniture, 60″ Smart TV, ceiling fan, coffee table, and large window.

EXECUTIVE LIVING ROOM: Comfortable sofa with 60″ Smart TV, PlayStation 2 and multiple games.

KITCHEN: The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self-catering holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal. The open bar with barstools mean you can keep company with whoever is doing the cooking or have your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting.

DINING ROOM: Whether you have cooked your own meal or indulged in takeout, you can enjoy it here. The stylishly furnished dining room has a large dining table which seats 6 people.

GAMES ROOM: There’s more fun to be found in the stylish Captain America Games Room with Pool Table. Two Game chairs with headphones are the center of attention with the latest X-Box, Series X.

BEDROOM 1: This first bedroom has a queen bed with tropical décor, two nightstands, a large dresser, walk-in closet, ensuite, and 40″ Smart TV

BEDROOM 3: This twin bedroom has a walk-in closet and bright USA themed décor!

BEDROOM 4: This twin bedroom has a large dresser, TV, and Minnie mouse themed décor! LAUNDRY FACILITIES: The laundry room includes an automatic washing machine and separate drier. An ironing board and iron are also provided to help keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation. Fresh linens and towels are provided.
