THE VILLA: The villa is just 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from SeaWorld and 20 minutes from Universal. In this location, you will waste no travel time reaching your Theme Park destination in the morning, and can quickly return to peaceful seclusion when your park-legs are exhausted! This makes it perfect for guests who want easy access to all that Disney has to offer, while having all the facilities to kick back and relax in privacy at the end of the day.

No expense was spared by the owners of this beautiful home to ensure guests complete satisfaction. Wall to wall tiles and laminate flooring give guests a cleaner fresh atmosphere. Great attention has been paid to the furnishing of our home, comprising 2 King size suites, 1 Queen suite, 1 Full, 1 mixed with single full beds and 1 Twin rooms, all with big screen Smart TVs. All new top of the line bedding in 2020.

POOL/DECK AREA: The large pool has secluded privacy, with steps into the shallow end and an in-pool seat at the deep end. With sun throughout the day, you can enjoy the pool at any time. The extended deck area means there is room for everyone to enjoy the sunshine, with 4 loungers and 6 chairs around the table. The pool is fitted with a child-safety fence for your children’s protection. Pool heating is available for $30.00 per day. Guests are encouraged to order pool heat several days before arrival because it takes at least 48 hours to heat the water. Guests have direct access to Bathroom and Shower from the pool deck.

FAMILY ROOM: This contemporary styled room has 3 quality sofas with big screen with 60″ Smart TV.

UPSTAIRS DEN: Super large Movie Room with Comfortable sectionals and 55″ Samsung Smart TV, Games

GAMES ROOM: Air conditioned for your comfort! Pool Table, Air Hockey / Ping Pong combo Table and Foosball Table. Dart board. 50″ Smart TV.

KITCHEN: The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self-catering holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal. The open bar with barstools mean you can keep company with whoever is cooking, or take your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Accessed via the Games Room is the laundry room with automatic washing machine and separate drier. An ironing board and iron is also provided so you can cut down on packing and keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation.

As with all our bedrooms, the attention to detail in all aspects of the room decor will have you feeling like a very special guest.

MASTER SUITE 2: The second master suite is equally as impressive, with King size bed, walk-in wardrobe, 55″ Samsung Smart TV and clock radio. The luxury ensuite has a walk-in shower, stylish bath lamp; double sink.

MASTER SUITE 3: This room features a Queen bed, twin bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe, 42″ Samsung Smart TV with access to a fully equipped bathroom.

MASTER SUITE 4: This comfortably styled room with ensuite features a Full bed, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and 42″ Samsung Smart TV.
